Kampala to a job abroad, in four steps
- Choose a vacancy that matches what you have done: Narrow things down by country, trade or profession, and read each advert right to the end. Every employer listed here is willing to sponsor people from abroad.
- Email or WhatsApp us your CV and certificates: Attach UNEB, DIT or degree certificates, any licence or registration, and the names of referees. We hold them up against what the employer asks for and pass on those that fit.
- Interview on video, usually: Candidates on the shortlist mostly interview by video from home, and some trades add a practical test. Then it's the employer's call whether to make an offer.
- Sort the visa, the papers and the journey: The employer takes care of sponsorship. You take care of the visa application: police clearance and other documents, any skills assessment or registration, and finally your flight.
